2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Below are our estimated delivery times:

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Express Shipping: 2 - 5 business days

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website after you receive the tracking number.
  • If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@zroca.com.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we are unable to deliver to that specific location at this time.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, zroca.com is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs office.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Customs policies vary widely by country, so please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
  • In some cases, customs may delay the delivery of your package; this is also outside of our control.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address at the time of checkout.

  • zroca.com is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to reship the order. If you choose a refund instead, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • If you realize you made a mistake in your address, please contact us immediately at support@zroca.com. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating it is to lose a package. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please take the following steps:

  1. Check with your family members, neighbors, or your building's front desk/concierge.
  2. Look around your porch, garage, or backyard for hidden packages.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.
  4. Contact our customer support team at support@zroca.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

zroca.com is not liable for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are stolen or missing from the delivery location.

8. Damaged Items During Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible. If the package was left at your door and you discover the damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Be sure to include clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product itself so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement.
